Everyday I fall in love
And everyday my heart is broken
Every day I shed a tear
For loved ones lost; unspoken

Everyday I jump for joy
And As I play, a new found toy
Of turn a phrase, and banter, smiles...

If you could only see my tail
you'd see it freely wagging.
My expectations on my sleeve,
are now my own undoing.

My sad lament as I walk through
a world in need of saving.
My time is short, the moments few
my expectations waning.

Another lesson hard learned yet
Tomorrow I wake smiling.
Heart is open searching...

Another day,... like everyday,...
